Casanova

Here's another one of my favorite new comics: Matt Fraction and Gabriel Ba's CASANOVA. If you like James Bond (the slick Connery version and/or the cheesy Moore stuff), Steranko's Nick Fury, Brian Talbot's Luther Arkwright, and/or Fantomas...then you'll love Casanova. Within each 16 page issue expect double-crossing spies, wacky multi-dimensional sci-fi adventures, likable villains and despicable heroes. Casanova is a denser read than most American adventure comics. But it's definitely worth the extra effort. Each issue's story contains complementary text pages with an insightful look into the creative process of each issue.
