Adam Warren

Adam Warren is best known for writing and drawing DIRTY PAIR for Dark Horse but has also done some nice work on a few GEN 13 specials. Since his debut over 20 years ago, Adam was very influenced by Manga. But instead of copying the stylings of Japan's best, he found his own language for comic storytelling. His style incorporates the denseness of European comic pacing and the hyper-cool style of American superhero comics. With the huge surge in popularity of manga in the U.S., I expected Adam Warren to get his time in the "superstar" spotlight. But oddly, he's never gotten his much deserved props. Adam Warren's latest comic, EMPOWERED, is expected to debut sometime in March.
